Being a Teacher- Reader is not teaching students how to read.

 

It is showing your students that you love to read and teaching them to love reading too. That is my goal for this website and in teaching you, my students. The sub pages under Teacher-Reader show how much I love to read, how I became the reader I am today, and some of my favorite topics dissected in different formats and in an academic way.

This is a diary. It has my personal story, my favorite books, and my professional thoughts in all of them. My hope is that this website will help teach and show you all to love to read just as much as I do. Nothing would make me happier than to have my students want to read and to have good discussions about books. 

I am particularly proud of these pages, so take your time exploring, and feel free to talk to me about any of these topics.
